Self-hypnosis |
Hypnotizing yourself requires merely a private quiet area and a place to sit or lay down. You relax yourself as completely as possible without allowing yourself to fall asleep, and then work to deepen your relaxation. There are various ways to utilize self-hypnosis including using it as a useful tool to support your personal growth.
